Why the way we are?

 Why the way we are?

  1. Our behaviors can come from various sources, such as genetic predisposition, environmental factors, and social influence. Some behaviors may be innate and present even before birth, while others may be learned through imitation or influenced by those around us.
  2. Core values are deeply ingrained beliefs and principles that we learn as children from our parents and environment. These values can be difficult to change because they are often deeply rooted in our identity and sense of self.
  3. Attitudes are formed opinions based on our experiences and perceptions of the world around us. They can be influenced by our beliefs, values, and emotions, and can change over time as we gain new experiences and perspectives.
  4. Core behavior refers to the person we truly want to be if given complete freedom and without any external constraints. However, in reality, our behavior is often moderated by societal expectations, cultural norms, and personal beliefs. The person we pretend to be may differ from our true self, as we conform to societal expectations and try to fit in with our social group.
